Here are some of the Flash files that I've created while toying around with Flash. Let me know what you think!

This one isn't my work, but I thought I'd put it up on here because it's pretty neat. This Flash uses almost 100% ActionScript to generate a 3D object and spin it in 3D space in which ever direction the user specifies. Considering Flash only uses a 2D system, this Flash's ability to mimic 3D space is pretty impressive. Click on the designer's name to see more work done by him. I'm using the mathematical procedures that Ahab covers in his tutorials on 3D space to create my next Flash project, where I will be creating a Carousel that not only spins left and right, but up and down as well. | View Flash |
| Name: Carousel Designer: Randy Olson Size: 1 kb Date Added: 02/03/2008 |
I used this web site's Carousel tutorial to base this basic Carousel off of. If you move your mouse to the right side of the Flash, the Carousel will spin left for you and vice versa. This Flash was done entirely with ActionScript and one image. | View Flash |
| Name: Random Motion - Eased Designer: Randy Olson Size: 11 kb Date Added: 02/03/2008 |
This was my first Flash using ActionScript. It puts a bunch of objects on the screen at random places and has them randomly move around the screen. I used GoToAndLearn's Random Motion tutorial to start off, then modified it a little bit to ease the movement of the objects; the objects' movement in the tutorial was too jumpy. | View Flash |
